Returns & Refunds
Our policy on returns, refunds, and order issues. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — research-grade peptides and biological compounds — all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately via the contact page. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
